SECURING A BOOKING
You will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your date.
Paying this deposit is your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
Your wedding date is confirmed once Alice has received your deposit via bank transfer.
You have two days to pay the deposit before Alice will release your date to other enquiries.
Once the deposit is received you will receive confirmation with the details of your booking.
The booking deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by Alice.
You will be required to pay 50% of the balance at the trial stage and the remaining balance two weeks before your wedding day.
There is a minimum spend of £500 for all bookings from March-September.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer.
The cost of Alice's travel is covered by the Bride. Travel is charged at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles from Alice’s postcode of OX17 and the same for the return journey.
All parking, public transport and congestion charges are chargeable to the client.
Inside the M25 surcharge of £20 (Driving)
Train travel time to and from London surcharge £40.
In the very unlikely incidence that Alice is sick for your wedding day (this has never happened before), you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you choose to cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to your wedding date, all payments you have paid up to that point are non-refundable and you will be required to pay any outstanding payments in full.
If after the trial, you choose not to go forward with your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit is only deductible from the final payment, not the trial payment.
YOUR WEDDING TRIAL
The trial is normally 1-3 months before the wedding date as this gives a better indication of how your skin & hair is closer to the wedding day.
During Peak wedding season, May-September, it may not possible to hold trials at the weekends.
Sunday trials incur a £20 fee on top of your booking.
Individual lashes or strip lashes are included in the booking price if you wish to have them.
Images will be shared on social media and the website, if you would not like your image to be shared, please inform Alice in writing.
